- During peak periods (sales or public holidays), these dispatch and shipping times may vary to accommodate order demand.
Order Dispatch
- We strive to dispatch all orders within 48 hours from Monday to Friday.
- We partner with Australia Post for all deliveries. Once your parcel is collected from our warehouse and scanned into the depot, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you don't see the email, please check your junk mail or contact us on info@yazana.com.au.
- After your order leaves our warehouse, it is managed by the courier. Any delays caused by the shipping company are beyond our control. Shipping times are estimates provided by the couriers and may vary based on location. Our warehouse team carefully packs each order, but Yazana is not liable for any damage incurred during transit.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
- Customers are responsible for providing a secure shipping address. Yazana is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen parcels once delivered to the specified address.
